A new tax treaty between Japan & Netherlands and a revision between Japan & Switzerland’s tax agreement received approval from the National Diet on the 15th of last month. Both agreements work to avoid double taxation and will help spur investment in all countries involved. Both agreements should take effect starting January 1st of next year.
